Brand Strategy + Discipleship Pathway

We partnered with a growing church in Florida to execute a comprehensive brand refresh that would position them for their next season of growth and impact. Through an immersive onsite strategy workshop, we worked closely with church leadership to clarify their vision, refine their messaging, and develop a cohesive brand identity that authentically reflected their mission and values. Our engagement extended beyond visual identity to include strategic signage design and installation coordination throughout their campus, creating a more welcoming and navigable environment for both first-time guests and regular attendees. A cornerstone of this project was the development of a clear discipleship pathway initiative, providing the church with a structured framework to guide people from their first visit through deeper levels of spiritual growth and community engagement. The results have been significant: the church has grown from averaging just under 200 in Sunday attendance to recently peaking over 250—a 25% increase.

Understanding that lasting transformation requires ongoing support, we've continued coaching the leadership team on a weekly basis post-rebrand, ensuring thorough implementation of new systems, consistent brand application, and strategic momentum. This hands-on partnership approach demonstrates how comprehensive branding combined with strategic coaching can drive measurable growth, enhance visitor experience, and equip churches with the tools and clarity needed to fulfill their mission more effectively.
