Why we exist.

At the Creative Arts Department, we exist at the intersection of faith and creativity in church ministry. We believe creative expression is a powerful spiritual gift that can transform worship experiences and community engagement. Our mission is to equip church creatives with a spiritual foundation and technical excellence, helping designers, artists, musicians, and production teams deepen their faith while developing their talents. We understand that ministry effectiveness flows from spiritual authenticity, so we're committed to helping creative teams produce excellent content from a place of genuine connection with God and a clear understanding of their sacred calling.

The Founder.

I am a highly experienced creative director, graphic designer, and visual storyteller passionate about creating compelling designs that deeply resonate with the target audience. I have partnered with dozens of businesses to help them visually display their story and impact; including startup brand campaigns, company rebrands, editorial publications, and fundraising initiatives. I am eager to leverage my abilities and knowledge to impact impact-driven organizations like yours significantly.

Here’s a little more about my background and portfolio:

- Over 15 years of leadership experience in both nonprofit and creative roles, which includes building teams, strategizing communication, understanding community context, leading people, and delivering high-quality creative assets.

- Experience in recruiting, training, and mobilizing teams at churches with attendance ranging from 500 to 2,000.

- Successfully positioned organizations to raise tens of millions of dollars through strategic fundraising initiatives and campaigns.

- Worked with numerous small to mid-sized organizations in the United States and globally to implement creative and communication strategies.
